ATCI – Workday Core HCM Expert
Job Description
• Assist in defining business requirements and designing Workday Core HCM and Workday Benefits solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into system designs
• Design and configure Workday Core HCM applications aligned with HR processes and organizational requirements
• Develop technical specifications, functional designs, and system documentation for HCM solutions
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and validation of Workday configurations to ensure quality and accuracy
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Workday Core HCM and Benefits modules
• Work on enhancing employee benefits processes through Workday platform customization
• Ensure alignment of Workday solutions with HR workflows and business objectives
• Participate in solution discussions, requirement analysis, and design improvements
• Stay updated with Workday platform updates, HR technology trends, and best practices
• Support continuous improvement of HCM processes and system efficiency
• Work independently as well as collaboratively within project teams
