ATCI – ForgeRock Access Management Professional

• Develop, support, and maintain ForgeRock IAM components including OpenAM, OpenIDM, OpenDJ, and OpenIG

• Build and enhance IAM solutions using Java/J2EE with custom development in OpenIDM applications

• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of identity and access management systems

• Manage day-to-day operations of ForgeRock IAM platforms including user administration and access controls

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide break-fix solutions within defined SLA timelines

• Respond to production outages and ensure quick restoration of services

• Develop and optimize IAM processes and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures

• Work with directory services such as LDAP and OpenDJ for identity data management

• Use tools like Jenkins, Git, and other DevOps/code management tools for deployments and version control

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments for IAM enhancements and delivery

• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and mentor team members on IAM technologies

• Ensure compliance with security standards and organizational IAM policies
