Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets in the assigned area.
  • Develop and execute strategies for primary, secondary, distribution channel sales, business development, B2B, and retail sales.
  • Identify new opportunities and build relationships with key customers to increase revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team members' skills.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-9 years of experience in building materials & chemicals.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
