Associates/Sr.Associates

The Associates / Sr. Associates will work in the Research & Analytics vertical, examining and verifying identity documents, extracting data points, and analyzing information as per standard guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify the genuineness of identity proofs and other documents
• Extract relevant data points from documents, SOPs, and guidelines
• Analyze available information for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain records of verification and analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and SOPs
• Prepare reports based on data extraction and analysis
• Perform research tasks as assigned within the analytics team
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or Post Graduate
• 0–3 years of experience in BPO or related environment
• Typing speed of 25–30 WPM
• Proficiency in English and strong analytical and comprehension skills
