Associate/Senior Associate

Position Overview

Become a vital member of our team as an Associate, where you will be instrumental in managing and executing private credit investments throughout the APAC region, with a focus on key markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough due diligence on co-investment opportunities and secondary private credit or structured finance transactions, primarily within the APAC region. Develop detailed credit and investment applications, incorporating historical financial analysis and investment recommendations. Oversee the performance of the private credit portfolio, ensuring compliance with credit risk standards and covenant requirements. Improve investment and compliance processes through innovative technology solutions and optimized workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline. CFA or CAIA designations are highly preferred. At least 3 years of relevant experience in investment roles within financial institutions, not including internship experience. Strong quantitative abilities with expertise in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in conducting due diligence for investment transactions and within alternative real estate sectors is a plus. Proven capability to create detailed reports and effectively present findings. Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a diverse work environment.
