Salary & Benefits

• CTC: 3.3 LPA
• In-Hand Salary: Approx. 22,500/Month
• Night Shift Allowance: Approx. 135/Night
• One-Way Transportation (Pickup or Home Drop as per Shift Roster)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through voice support
• Resolve customer queries with a customer-first approach
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
• Follow process guidelines and compliance requirements
• Use basic computer applications for transaction processing
