Associate Tech Specialist

Key Responsibilities / Skills:

• Strong understanding of business processes and experience in designing end-to-end automation solutions.
• Experience in designing automation solutions using recommended frameworks, coding standards, and best practices.
• Must have built solutions and created technical documentation independently from scratch.
• Must have experience in automating a variety of application domains, including web applications, Windows applications, Linux applications, APIs, databases, terminals, and SAP applications.
• Perform automation feasibility checks, ROI analysis to quantify the benefits realized and recommend an optimization approach.
• Should be proactive in identifying/developing reusable components and frameworks.
• Develop and implement quality assurance and performance testing processes for UiPath solutions.
• Evaluate, recommend, and select 3rd party components which will make the development life cycle shorter and more productive.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python, and database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, or SAP.
• Familiarity with cloud-based automation technologies and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
• Manage a team of 2 to 3 automation engineers and lead them in the execution of day-to-day tasks and the development of their RPA skills and abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Be proactive in identifying, anticipating, monitoring, and resolving technical issues and potential risks that may impact project delivery.
• Work with client and internal team to develop an automation roadmap.
• Coordinate activities within clients IT / RPA COE / business environments to develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions.
• Deliver demos, technical trainings, and support for new/existing customers.
• Good to have Infrastructure RPA Environment setup knowledge.
• Certification in RPA technologies or related fields is a plus.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
