Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for insurance products
- Collaborate with bank branch managers and staff to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and increase insurance policy sales
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch personnel, including branch managers, relationship managers, and customer service representatives
- Provide training and support to educate them about insurance products, sales techniques, and processes
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to bank customers by addressing their insurance-related inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with policy servicing requests
