• Effectively manage, monitor, and inspire the assigned project team to achieve optimal performance.
• Conduct compelling project presentations and compile comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Facilitate management training sessions to acquaint teams with organizational processes and procedures.
• Proactively identify and report potential risks and issues to management for timely resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Accumulated over 8+ years of experience in the Software Development Industry.
• Demonstrated leadership/management roles for single or multiple clients, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.
• Robust technical background in Open Source and Mobile development.
• Proficiency in Agile project management.
• Solid understanding of current and emerging technologies in the industry.
