Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Instruction

• Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials in the assigned subject area.
• Design and develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
• Employ innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

Research & Scholarly Activity

• Conduct original research and publish findings in reputable journals.
• Guide and mentor students in research projects, dissertations, and thesis work.
• Participate in academic conferences, workshops, and seminars.

Curriculum Development & Academic Planning

• Assist in designing and updating the curriculum to meet educational standards and industry trends.
• Contribute to course planning, assessment strategies, and evaluation processes.
• Ensure teaching methods and course content meet accreditation and quality standards.

Mentorship & Student Support

• Provide academic guidance, career counseling, and mentorship to students.
• Address student queries and support their professional and personal development.
• Supervise student projects, internships, and practical training sessions.

Administration & Leadership

• Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and policy development.
• Contribute to quality assurance, accreditation processes, and institutional development initiatives.
• Mentor junior faculty members and support faculty development programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in the relevant subject field.
• 11–15 years of teaching experience in colleges, universities, or professional institutions.
• Proven track record of research publications, presentations, and academic contributions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in educational technology and online teaching platforms.
