Associate : Product Design

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to design intuitive and impactful user experiences
• Conduct user research to understand behavior, preferences, and interaction patterns
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Build and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across products
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of designs, using data to iterate and improve
• Conduct usability testing and apply feedback to refine design decisions
• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends while balancing innovation with usability and outcomes
