We are seeking an experienced Associate Principal with expertise in Materials Management within the SAP Performance Testing domain to lead and optimize SAP MM solutions

Job Description

Lead and manage SAP Materials Management processes to ensure alignment with business objectives. Leverage extensive experience (11 to 15 years) to design and implement SAP MM solutions tailored for performance testing. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize SAP MM modules. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on SAP MM performance and system reliability. Assess system requirements and convert them into effective SAP MM test strategies within the SAP Performance Testing framework. Mentor and guide junior team members on SAP MM best practices and performance testing methodologies. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP MM components across landscapes.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP MM performance testing activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring

Design and develop performance test scripts and scenarios specific to Materials Management processes

Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot performance issues in SAP MM environments

Collaborate with SAP BASIS and development teams to implement performance enhancements

Manage project deliverables to ensure timely and quality execution within the SAP Performance Testing family

Communicate effectively with onsite and offshore teams to ensure cohesive working models

Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate performance test results and recommendations to senior management

Stay current with the latest SAP MM and Performance Testing trends and tools to continuously improve testing frameworks
