Job Title- DWP VDI Architect

LocationIndia Any LTIM office preferably in Bangalore

• Lead technical design, technical direction, and solution architecture
• Architect-level skills in CITRIX, VMWare, and MS AVD virtualization, including designing, installing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting complex and large-scale deals
• Architect-level expertise in optimizing performance, scalability, security, high availability, monitoring, printing, connectivity, and group policy
• Administrator-level capabilities for operating Intune, Mobility, and virtualization services including CITRIX and VMware
• Provide comprehensive end-to-end architecture for stakeholder business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment across people, process, and systems domains
• Gather business and technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders to produce a requirements specification document
• Analyze and investigate potential solutions to meet the customer’s business and technical requirements
• Create professional high-level solution descriptions and obtain customer acceptance of these solutions
• Own the technical solution across all project phases; support project managers and operate within a defined change management process
• Experience migrating virtual desktops from on-premises to cloud tenant-to-tenant
• Experience using FSLogix technologies for user and Office 365 profiling requirements
• Implement Azure Site Recovery for workload replication to meet BCDR requirements
• Take accountability for applying, implementing, maintaining, and reviewing AVD documentation
• Requirements Proven experience leading Virtual Desktop design and implementation efforts on complex projects, including planning, tracking, and controlling infrastructure project activities
• Strong experience in technically leading complex projects across the complete IT lifecycle: Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test, and Production
• Experience working in a matrix organization
• Experience technically leading projects across the complete IT Development Lifecycle, from requirements capture to handover and knowledge transfer
• Ability to organize and run requirements capture workshops and proactively listen to user needs
• Ability to lead the customer relationship
• Disciplined and rigorous approach to network and infrastructure design, with the ability to ask challenging questions about requirements and infrastructure architecture at each level of the hierarchy
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and concepts supporting IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, including networking, compute, storage, subscriptions, and security
• Experience with IP networking, VNet peering, Azure Firewall, and Azure Active Directory
• Education Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience

• Able to solve complex technical problems through sound, methodical troubleshooting

• Demonstrated experience in the implementation management and support of Virtual Desktop environments
• Familiarity with Windows and Azure automation tools
