Required experience and skillset

11 years of experience building .NET Core-based web applications

Strong hands-on experience developing REST API microservices within multi-tier, layered web applications

Strong experience with WCF, including application development and ongoing maintenance

Hands-on experience with the React or Angular framework (version 11)

Experience in application performance improvement and troubleshooting APIs and SP

Hands-on experience with data access technologies such as Entity Framework, ADO.NET, Dapper, or similar tools

Hands-on knowledge of relational databases including SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or similar

Hands-on knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as NUnit, xUnit, or similar

Expertise in Azure services, including functions deployment and storage

Experience using AI delivery tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar

Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development and Agentic AI

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Good to have

Experience in Cloud Architecture on Azure and containerized solutions such as Docker or Kubernetes

Experience with Spec-Driven Development using prompt engineering

Experience implementing Azure Active Directory authentication/authorization using framework protocols such as Oauth2, OIDC, LDAP, SAML, etc.
