Key Deliverables:

• Lead investigation team handling fraud detection across PhonePe products
• Design and implement risk mitigation strategies and SOPs
• Conduct risk assessments for new products and initiatives
• Track risk KRIs and generate reports for senior leadership

• Supervise investigations and resolve escalations across channels
• Collaborate with analytics and tech teams for tool enhancements
• Ensure team compliance with fraud trends, regulations, and training
