Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support global Total Rewards benchmarking exercises in collaboration with external vendors such as Deloitte, Aon, and Mercer
  • Analyze compensation, benefits, and wellness data to provide insights on market positioning and pay competitiveness
  • Prepare executive summaries and insights to support leadership decision-making on Total Rewards strategy
  • Evaluate salary data across cohorts including gender, location, new hires vs. lateral hires, and job levels
  • Analyze benefits and wellness program participation data to assess ROI and adoption effectiveness
  • Provide insights on recognition trends across organizational cohorts using reward and recognition data
  • Support KRA and objective-setting processes in coordination with the Total Rewards team
  • Prepare monthly hiring cost optimization reports and support recruitment cost governance
  • Provide compa-ratio and pay deviation analysis to support hiring exceptions and compensation decisions
  • Support merit increase, bonus, and compensation cycle data preparation and analysis
  • Develop hiring ranges and evaluate year-over-year compensation trends and relevance
  • Assist in reviewing exception hiring requests and compensation approvals
  • Handle ad hoc analysis and special projects related to Total Rewards and compensation strategy
