Associate Manager - Projects

Role Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate logs for Windows, VMware, and Hyper-V environments, identifying and resolving issues.
• Apply troubleshooting and resolution steps based on findings, using KEDB or knowledge bases for repetitive issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to L3 SMEs and coordinate with third-party vendor technicians for issue resolution.
• Automate monitoring tasks using scripting to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports on action plans for the next shift engineer and ensure process compliance.
• Track SLA adherence, escalate deviations, and ensure ticket closure post user/customer communication.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in Engineering or Science.
• Certifications: OS 201, Windows Server Administration, VMware Virtualization Fundamentals.
• Experience with antivirus management tools, kernel patching, virtualization, and system monitoring.
• Strong project management skills, including troubleshooting, investigation, and process compliance.
• Ability to manage and follow escalation matrices (vendor, internal, and customer).
