Associate Manager - Life Insurance

Key Deliverables:

• Drive and streamline life insurance issuance process by collaborating with business partners
• Lead negotiations with partners to optimize underwriting rules and minimize business loss
• Manage daily operations, analyze root causes of errors, and drive process automation & MIS
• Build and maintain relationships with partners through frequent visits and ongoing communication

Role Responsibilities:

• Facilitate smooth issuance and underwriting processes with internal teams and partners
• Identify customer journey pain points and negotiate process improvements
• Utilize data analysis to support business growth and operational improvements
