Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the training needs of employees through job analysis, appraisals, and consultations with business managers and HR.
  • Design and implement tailored training programs that meet both individual employee and organizational needs.
  • Plan and manage the delivery of in-house and blended learning programs, including creating training materials.
  • Assess the return on investment (ROI) of training programs and ensure the alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor the progress of trainees, conduct appraisals, and revise programs as necessary based on feedback and evolving work environments.

Job Requirements:

  • MBA or PG Diploma, with experience in training, development, and human resources.
  • Proficiency in managing LMS platforms, facilitating online and classroom training, and maintaining data management systems.
  • Strong communication, research, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage training budgets and meet statutory training requirements.
  • Ability to research new methodologies and technologies in workplace learning and integrate them into existing programs.
