Associate Lead - Applications

Role Responsibilities

1. Monitor, investigate, and troubleshoot Windows and VMware environments.
2. Execute kernel patching and add storage as per database requirements.
3. Automate monitoring tasks using scripting techniques.
4. Collaborate with L3 SMEs for unresolved issues and assist with vendor coordination.

Job Requirements

1. Graduate in Engineering or Science.
2. OS 201, Windows Server Administration, and Virtualization certifications are desirable.
3. Experience with VMware, antivirus tools, and troubleshooting.
4. Strong communication and process compliance skills for issue resolution and documentation.
