Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing plan by interacting with internal and external stakeholders

• Collaborate with vendors for managing regional recruitment initiatives

• Serves as a single POC for recruits

• Implements the existing assessment tools and frameworks

• Update system, prepare & maintain MIS data for various HR Systems

• Explore innovative means to achieve recruitment target

• Represent Brand Infosys & executive branding strategy
