Associate Director - Program Management

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Program Execution: Drive program delivery across internal teams and external partners, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
• Operate in Ambiguity: Define processes, set up systems, and align teams to outcomes in evolving situations.
• Hands-on Leadership: Contribute individually by solving problems, tracking execution, writing plans, and scaling operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Project Management, Delivery, Supply Chain, I&C, and Operations teams to align program goals and execution plans.
• Partner Management: Manage hardware and software development partners to ensure quality, integration, and timely delivery.
• Escalation & Risk Management: Lead resolution of critical delivery issues, proactively flag risks, and drive mitigation plans.
• Process Creation & Optimization: Identify operational gaps and define scalable, efficient workflows.
• Executive Communication: Communicate program status, risks, and escalations to leadership and external stakeholders.
• Team Development: Mentor and guide Technical Program Manager and lay the foundation for a growing team.
