Key Responsibilities

License Compliance Case Support

• Prepare LC case materials and supporting documentation for enforcement officers
• Assist in analyzing potential license infringement cases
• Support customer-facing compliance investigations and reporting

Data Management & Analysis

• Manage, process, and maintain compliance-related datasets
• Perform data mining and analytics to identify usage patterns and anomalies
• Investigate infringement data originating from enterprise computing environments

Reporting & Documentation

• Create detailed reports and dashboards for compliance tracking
• Present analytical findings to operations and engineering stakeholders
• Maintain accurate documentation of cases and investigations

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

• Work closely with operations, engineering, and compliance teams
• Support enforcement officers with technical and analytical inputs
• Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and case resolution

Investigation & Validation

• Review and qualify potential infringement or misuse cases
• Validate data accuracy and ensure evidence integrity
• Support compliance decision-making through structured analysis
