Associate Business Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:

• Set up, configure, manage, and provide support for middleware solutions including WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Tomcat
• Implement application deployments in development, testing, and production environments
• Oversee middleware servers to guarantee peak performance and high availability
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to application middleware and infrastructure
• Execute server updates, patch installations, and maintenance tasks
• Set up and manage web servers, SSL certificates, and load balancing systems
• Collaborate with application, database, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues
• Automate standard operational tasks by utilizing scripting tools
• Assist in incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL standards
• Keep technical documentation, deployment processes, and operational runbooks up to date

Technical Skills Required:

• Middleware Administration expertise, specifically with Apache Servers
