Associate Branch Manager (Digital Agency) - Manipal Cigna Health Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

·        Deliver GWP targets for the designated territory / assigned span of agents

·        Recruit new agents in line with established regulations governing agent recruitment

·        Activate agents

·        Ensure agents receive training according to business requirements

·        Maintain business hygiene standards, even under business pressure

·        Support planned expansion of business across the company’s diverse product lines

·        Ensure agents remain motivated and foster a long-term connection between the agents and the company

·        Track key competitive developments and ensure relevant information is communicated to the organization

·        Conduct performance screening of all assigned agents and take appropriate action as required from time to time

Educational Background:

·        Minimum expected qualification – Graduation.

Work Experience:

·        Should have at least 1 year of experience in the agency function of an insurance company (life, general or health) or in the sales function of a non-insurance company.

·        Experience in building a successful territory from scratch is an added advantage.
