Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors or agents.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration into the agency.
  • Training & Development
  • Deliver product and sales training to new and existing agents.
  • Monitor performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Drive sales targets through agent performance.
  • Support agents in client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
