Criteria Graduate with 1.6 Years in NBFC preferred OR any Sales. At least 6 months tenure in the current Organization

- Recruiting New Financial Advisor & Agency Associate Partner.
- Responsible for clearing the exam of IC33.
- Making new license for the company.
- Providing product knowledge.
- Responsible for training to Financial Advisor.
- Train, motivate & mentor the sales team.
To ensure the fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organization
C - CITY , 24 months of stay at least
L Loyalty, average tenure of employment shall be 24 months (total number of months worked/ no of companies served)
E – Experience, Minimum of 18 months of field sales experience
A – Academic Qualification – Minimum Graduate ( 10+2+3)
N – Non-negotiable – NO active agency license, PAN, AADHAR, PF enrollment, relieving letters, pay slips, Drawing Incentive of not less than 25k/Annum or 2K Per Month with valid Proofs.
