Assitant Plant Operator

• Candidate should be any graduate.

• Should have experience in operation & Maintenance of gas Air separation plant/pump.

Key responsibilities:

• Equipment operation and monitoring: Operate and monitor plant equipment like compressors, pumps, and storage tanks to ensure continuous operation and adjust as needed.
• Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment, including inspections, repairs, and servicing to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose malfunctions or operational issues, and perform corrective actions to restore functionality.
• Quality control: Monitor product quality, conduct regular testing, and communicate with quality control personnel to ensure compliance with standards.
• Safety and compliance: Conduct safety walk-arounds, identify and correct unsafe conditions, and ensure compliance with all safety rules and procedures.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and production reports.
• Inventory management: Monitor and order materials as needed.
• Teamwork and communication: Work with other team members, communicate effectively, and follow instructions from supervisors.
