Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Associate Principal, Portfolio & Value Realisation, Advisory R&D Team
Enable better decision-making by analysing R&D portfolio performance, tracking value realisation, and providing insights that optimise investments and maximise returns across Finance, Supply Chain, and Risk PODs.
Responsibilities
Portfolio Performance & Value Realisation
Monitor the health, maturity, and performance of the R&D portfolio across Finance, Supply Chain, and Risk offerings.
Assess ROI, value creation, and timetoimpact for R&D initiatives and prototypes.
Conduct periodic deepdives to identify high-value opportunities and underperforming investments/offerings.
Insights, Prioritisation & Investment Optimisation
Provide datadriven insights to optimise resource allocation and POD prioritisation.
Support the annual and quarterly R&D investment cycle by identifying strategic bets and areas for acceleration or rationalisation.
Evaluate the commercialisation potential of offerings and track progress against business value milestones.
Reporting, Dashboards & Leadership Enablement
Develop intuitive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports for leadership decisionmaking.
Build tracking frameworks for value realisation, pipeline health, and execution effectiveness.
Present insights regularly to POD Leaders, R&D Lead, and Advisory COO.
Strategic Alignment & Governance
Ensure all Finance, Supply Chain, and Risk R&D investments are aligned with Advisory strategy and growth priorities.
Support governance forums with data-backed recommendations and portfolio status updates.
Maintain central repository of portfolio metrics, risks, and dependencies.

Minimum Qualifications
Relevant years of experience in portfolio analysis, business analytics, strategy, or financial planning roles.
Proven experience in performance tracking frameworks, value measurement, or investment optimisation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for leadership.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working in an agile POD-based environment.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong financial modelling, ROI assessment, and portfolio analytics skills.
Ability to interpret complex quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in building dashboards and performance tracking tools.
Strong business understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, or Risk domains (added advantage).
