Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Technical Operations & Facility Management

  • Oversee end-to-end operations of all building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil services
  • Ensure all technical services are operating efficiently, safely, and in a cost-effective manner
  • Monitor preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, and downtime activities to ensure smooth facility operations
  • Maintain compliance with all statutory, safety, and technical standards across the facility

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, supervise, and manage a technical services team of approximately 5 members
  • Act as a coach and mentor to develop team capability and improve service delivery performance
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, assessments, and provide continuous feedback
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with vendors and service partners to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Manage contract execution, monitor vendor performance, and ensure SLA compliance
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as the primary technical point of contact
  • Address client queries and ensure expectations are consistently met

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the key liaison for all technical services-related communication with clients
  • Ensure proactive engagement and responsiveness to client requirements
  • Build trust through consistent service delivery and proactive problem-solving

Planning, Budgeting & Reporting

  • Plan and manage technical services budgets and maintenance contracts
  • Develop inventory planning and cost optimization strategies
  • Conduct regular audits focused on cost savings, risk reduction, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and service delivery

Preventive Maintenance & Risk Management

  • Ensure execution of preventive maintenance programs for all building systems
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Reduce workplace risks through regular inspections and system monitoring
  • Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards

Energy & Continuous Improvement

  • Implement energy efficiency programs and cost-saving initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement in facility operations and service delivery
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational enhancement
  • Minimize downtime through proactive maintenance strategies

Operations Monitoring & Compliance

  • Maintain and review maintenance logs, checklists, and operational records
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and technical regulations
  • Monitor facility performance and ensure adherence to best practices
