Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate sales for the Bangalore region and contribute to overall business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various management levels.
- Research and identify new business opportunities to generate sales for the company.
- Analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities to increase occupancy and market share across Pan India operations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to retain existing clients and acquire new business.
- Generate business leads through cold calling, reference calls, presentations, and corporate outreach.
- Convert leads into business across Corporate, FIT, MICE, and group movements.
- Conduct client meetings, deliver product presentations, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with operations and contracting teams for smooth handling of customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely quotations.
- Visit potential customers for new business opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions and finalize agreements to close sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups for payment collection and credit management.
- Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and industry demonstrations.
- Continuously review personal sales performance and improve conversion rates.
