Job Overview:

Join JLL as an Assistant Project Manager - Fitouts, where you'll support the delivery of top-tier fitout projects while advancing your career in a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment. Play a key role in ensuring project success, working with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in overseeing fitout projects from initiation to completion.
  • Manage and coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Review project documentation to ensure compliance with standards and contracts.
  • Assist in procuring necessary materials, equipment, and services for project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement contingency plans.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Knowledge of construction principles and project management methodologies.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Project Management or relevant field.
  • Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
  • Experience in fitout project delivery within commercial real estate.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing fitout or construction projects.
  • Proven track record in coordinating multiple projects, managing resources, and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and vendors in fitout project execution.
