Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using specialized software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) for multiple interior fitout projects.
  • Create and manage project documentation systems, ensuring all documents are properly organized, version-controlled, and easily accessible to relevant team members.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other team members to gather and consolidate project information.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, highlighting progress, milestones, and potential issues.
  • Assist in the development of project execution plans, including work breakdown structures and resource allocation plans.
  • Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, identifying and reporting on potential delays or conflicts. Manage the RFI (Request for Information) process, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation.
  • Oversee the submittal process, tracking approvals and maintaining an up-to-date log.
  • Assist in change order management, documenting changes and their impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and action item lists for project meetings. Develop and maintain project dashboards and KPI reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure proper documentation of quality assurance processes.
  • Support the closeout process by compiling and organizing all necessary project documentation.
