Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality instruction for undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering.
Create and manage lesson plans, course materials, assignments, question papers, and assessment reports.
Guide and mentor students in academic pursuits, research activities, internships, and project work.
Carry out impactful research and publish findings in reputable journals and conferences.
Apply for, lead, and implement funded research projects, consultancy assignments, and sponsored initiatives.
Design, manage, and continuously upgrade departmental laboratories and practical facilities.
Undertake departmental administrative responsibilities and ensure proper maintenance of academic documentation.
Coordinate academic, technical, and extracurricular activities as assigned.
Plan, organize, and actively contribute to workshops, seminars, conferences, faculty development programs (FDPs), and other technical events.
Assist with accreditation, ranking, and quality assurance efforts including NBA, NAAC, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Strengthen industry linkages through collaborations, expert lectures, internships, industrial visits, and consultancy activities.
Support curriculum development, implement outcome-based education (OBE), and participate in continuous improvement processes.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: M.E./MTECH in Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering (For Assistant Professor)
PH.D in Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering (Associate Professor / Professor)
