Assistant nurse supervisor

We are hiring a Doctor Operations Supervisor to manage medical operations, recruitment activities, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have operational leadership experience and be comfortable handling multi-location responsibilities and travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise medical and operational activities

Coordinate recruitment and workforce management

Lead operational teams and reporting processes

Ensure smooth execution of healthcare operations

Monitor workflow efficiency and compliance

Travel for operational and management purposes

Eligibility Criteria 

M.Sc. Nursing mandatory for Nurse operations 

MBA(add on )

Minimum 3+ years experience in clinical and operations management

Male or Female candidates can apply (Female preferred)

Age limit: Up to 45 years

Job Details

Timing: General Shift (9 AM – 6 PM / 10 AM – 6 PM)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Saturday: Work From Home

Travel: Required across Tamil Nadu and throughout India
