Key Result Area

• Produce bleached Pulp of required quantity and quality from Raw Material (Bamboo and Hard wood) at competitive cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for operation of Pulp Mill process and assist chief manager pulp mill process in normal and routine work and day to day affairs of the pulp mill
• Looking after manpower arrangement
• Responsible for compliance of internal and external audit reports, quality records and non conformance reports
• Responsible for safety and housekeeping of the entire pulp mill area
• Plan to meet target of production and input consumptions
