Job Description
- Monitor and interpret relevant regulatory requirements (SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, Companies Act, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulatory guidelines applicable to the organization.
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
- Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory reports and filings on time.
- Provide compliance training and education to staff across departments.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as necessary.
- Investigate compliance breaches or violations and suggest corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation of compliance activities and issues raised/resolved.
- Support senior management in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
