Job Description

  • Monitor and interpret relevant regulatory requirements (SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, Companies Act, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulatory guidelines applicable to the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory reports and filings on time.
  • Provide compliance training and education to staff across departments.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as necessary.
  • Investigate compliance breaches or violations and suggest corrective actions.
  • Maintain proper documentation of compliance activities and issues raised/resolved.
  • Support senior management in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
