Job Description

Transport Operations Management

• Oversee daily transport operations and shift activities

• Ensure timely cab and shuttle deployment before shift timings

• Monitor employee pickups, drop schedules, and route execution

• Maintain transport registers and operational logs

Vendor Management & Performance

• Maintain vendor performance scorecards and periodic evaluations

• Conduct monthly vendor meetings and share MOM with management

• Track vendor contracts, renewals, and addendums

• Ensure SLA compliance and enforce penalties where required

Transport Planning & Execution

• Design and optimize transport routes and shift rosters

• Ensure efficient utilization of transport resources

• Prepare transport plans for BCM (Business Continuity Management) situations

• Handle disruptions and emergency transport arrangements

Cost & Financial Control

• Work with billing team for invoice validation and accruals

• Monitor transport cost efficiency and benchmark against industry standards

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

• Ensure accurate transport costing and reporting

Reporting & MIS Management

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport MIS reports

• Share operational dashboards with senior management

• Contribute to Monthly Management Reports (MMR)

• Maintain accuracy in operational and financial data reporting

Compliance & Safety Management

• Ensure adherence to client transport safety policies (especially female employee safety)

• Monitor transport security guidelines and escalate deviations

• Ensure statutory compliance for transport operations

• Handle incident reporting within defined timelines
