Job description:

Role & responsibilities:

• Machine Maintenance & Repair
• Supervise and perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of HK machines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults to ensure quick resolution.
• Ensure minimal downtime and smooth operation of machines.

• Maintenance Planning & Execution

• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules as per OEM guidelines.
• Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and ensure timely availability.

• Team Management & Training

• Guide, train, and support technicians and junior staff in maintenance activities.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor execution for quality and timeliness.
• Ensure the team follows safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Machine uptime 95% and reduction in unplanned breakdowns.
• Percentage preventive maintenance completed on schedule.
• Team training completion and SOP adherence.
• Safety compliance and zero major incidents.
• Timely vendor-supported maintenance and cost efficiency.
• Implementation of improvement initiatives for reliability and efficiency.
