Assistant Manager - Quality

Role & responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing Customer complaint across all PLs / All location (Home Electrical)
• Responsible for Driving RCA and corrective action across all PLs
• Work with Plan Quality Heads and Vendor Quality Heads of PL (Home Electricals)and drive improvement actions
• Drive QA Initiatives PFMEA/ DFMEA/ Control Plans and
• Horizontal deployment of the actions and the lesson learnt across all manufacturing locations
• Process standardization Deploy the key SOPs Quality control plans, for critical processes to ensure uniformity
• Audit Management – Manage corporate Quality audits at defines frequency and address all non conformities
• Drive Key improvement projects – Analyze the data of CoPQ and PPR – identify key projects and drive the same across manufacturing locations
