Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Supervise and optimize processes related to Property & Casualty Insurance.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and team metrics.
  • Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to drive insights and improvements.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and client-specific requirements.
