Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Supervise and optimize processes related to Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and team metrics.
- Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to drive insights and improvements.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and client-specific requirements.
