Job description

• Reliability of Packing Plant & wagon tipplers equipment.
• Reliability of Truck tipplers & all belt conveyors.
• Modifications related to spillages, leakages and fugitive dust emission at wagon tippler , Transfer tower & clinker silo top.
• No LWC/FAC, carry out SBO, WTI, Identify gaps/ Reporting Near Miss & Adherence to PTW.
• Preventive maintenance of wagon tipplers, truck tipplers, belt conveyors, dust collectors & all connecting equipment.
• Implementation of KAIZEN for smooth & safe operations.
• Safe operations of wagon unloading & loading in free time.
