Assistant Manager-IT Infra

Role & responsibilities

• Take care of all the IT needs at the Zonal/States facilities, like HQ RO SC hubs, IPC, DC,

FC, etc.

• Ensure monthly IT ops assets audit of Managed facilities & quarterly of unmanaged

facilities.

• Ensure infra & network preventive maintenance.
• Ensure Daily health checkup of managed facilities.
• Business continuity Management 24*7*365 and ensure the L1 and L2 support is

available all the time.

• Strong Communication and presentation skills so the guy can better communicate the

issues, status of IT to the site Managers/Directors and VIP users support.

• Ensure visit for new site commissioning & infra, network & ops asset setup.
• Handling of a team of 15 plus members along with their training, shifts, roster etc.
• Responsible to provide FLT and 2nd level observation of IT Infra and 3rd level expertise

to resolve EUD/Printers/HHDs/Scanner related issues

• Coordination with core IT Team to new implementation, configuration, maintenance and

upgrade corporate networks, routers, switches, and firewall.

• Should be responsible for network maintenance and fine tuning, network monitoring and

its analysis, To handle the escalation and report problems solving with help of core IT

team

• Should follow the ticketing system and its defined SLA and TATs.
• Working towards to clear NCs, gaps, and ensure the Infra/EUD should be up and working

smoothly.

• Liaison with ISP and help Core IT team with providing required help, FLT and logs
• Ensure all the EUD, EU, Network and other policies are in place and being followed

without any gaps.

• Understanding of Servers, TCP/IP communication protocols along with WAN, LAN and

WLAN.

• Troubleshooting of different EUD- Windows, Linux, MAC and Android.
• Escalation Management of Facility.
• Responsible for IT Asset Inventory management, record(issuance/ receiving).
• Ensure onboarding & off boarding smooth transition along with Assets.
