Assistant Manager - International Voice Process

Job Summary:

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to lead international voice operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth process delivery, manage teams effectively, and meet client KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise international voice process teams.
• Drive operational excellence and process efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of BPO experience, with at least 1 year in AM role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage performance and deliver results.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including night shifts.
