Job Description
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Business Partnering:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business units and leadership.
- Translate business goals into HR strategies.
- Guide workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and employee relations.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to HR policies and programs.
Talent Management & Development:
- Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development.
- Partner with managers to identify and develop talent.
- Drive employee engagement and retention efforts.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Facilitate training aligned with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build collaborative relationships across all levels.
- Communicate HR initiatives clearly and gain buy-in.
- Coach managers on leadership and employee development.
- Address employee relations and disciplinary matters with fairness.
Organizational Effectiveness:
- Optimize organizational structures and processes.
- Lead change management initiatives.
- Promote company values and culture.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
