Job Description

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Business Partnering:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business units and leadership.
  • Translate business goals into HR strategies.
  • Guide workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and employee relations.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to HR policies and programs.

Talent Management & Development:

  • Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development.
  • Partner with managers to identify and develop talent.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention efforts.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Facilitate training aligned with organizational goals.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build collaborative relationships across all levels.
  • Communicate HR initiatives clearly and gain buy-in.
  • Coach managers on leadership and employee development.
  • Address employee relations and disciplinary matters with fairness.

Organizational Effectiveness:

  • Optimize organizational structures and processes.
  • Lead change management initiatives.
  • Promote company values and culture.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
