Assistant Manager Finance & Controlling

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Experience: 3–5 years in group reporting, statutory audits, and financial planning.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Excel (including Macros, Power Query, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems.
• Knowledge of HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) preferred.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving financial problems.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a global setup.

Preferred Experience

• Background in Shared Services or country transitions.
• Exposure to global finance operations, especially in APAC time zones.
