Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Deliver Data, Voice, and Fixed Line installations as per assigned targets.
  • Break into new accounts (hunting) across all three business lines.
  • Cross-sell multi-product solutions in both existing and new customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel for all Lines of Business with proper maturity levels.
  • Monitor competition offerings and drive sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collect and utilize market intelligence to inform client engagement and service offerings.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships as the single point of contact.
  • Negotiate and close contracts/orders to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Conduct regular field visits and engage directly with customers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure service excellence.
