Operations Management
- Supervise daily facility operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor maintenance activities and renovation projects for quality and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Optimize facility performance through innovative solutions and process enhancements.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work with other departments to ensure facilities meet organizational needs.
