Job Description

 Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Supervise daily facility operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Monitor maintenance activities and renovation projects for quality and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.

Vendor & Contractor Management

  • Manage relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize facility performance through innovative solutions and process enhancements.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work with other departments to ensure facilities meet organizational needs.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to management for decision-making.
  • Assist in implementing technology or AI-based solutions for facility management, as applicable.
