Assistant Manager Digital Transformation

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead digital initiatives in Automation, IoT, Data Analytics, and AI/ML.
• Assess digital maturity and identify improvement areas.
• Design, develop, and modernize digital products and user experiences.
• Integrate and optimize existing digital solutions for robust performance.
• Drive full implementation lifecycle, from scoping to deployment, for complex business applications.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize product and service value.
• Ensure adoption of digital solutions and implement mechanisms for ongoing maintenance and support.
• Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and best practices to continuously enhance frameworks.
• Solve complex technical and business problems with a structured and analytical approach.

Key Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in digital transformation, technology business management, or emerging technologies.
• Strong techno-functional expertise with the ability to align technology solutions with business needs.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA preferred.
