B Role Summary

  • Responsible for revenue generation from existing customers for the digital channel.
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the call center.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish performance goals and objectives for call center agents and monitor progress.
  • Oversee daily operations of the call center and ensure that staff are meeting performance objectives.
  • Develop and implement training programs for call center agents to maximize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with call centre and conduct skill gap analysis to identify areas of improvement.
  • Analyze customer data to develop targeted sales campaigns.

  • Evaluate performance with key metrics (occupancy, TT, AHT, login hours, etc.).
  • Prepare monthly and weekly business presentation for different departments or upper management.
